Personal Fitness and Martial Arts Training is available to individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and skill levels.
Personal Fitness Training:
If you seek a complete fitness and nutritional program that includes one-on-one training, personal training at Titan Fitness is the choice for you. You will receive an initial health history screening, as well as a personal interview to determine your goals. Your program will then be specifically developed to correspond with your health and fitness aims. Cardiovascular training, strength training, strength and conditioning, and flexibility are all represented in the program design. Each workout will be planned, directed, overseen, and documented by Paul Zelinka, American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer with over 17 years of experience and owner of Titan Fitness. A nutritional program will also be devised to complement your workout program to optimize the benefits of your exercise.
Personal Martial Arts/Boxing Training:
Personal martial arts or boxing training is instructed by Professional MMA & Muay Thai Coach, Bruce Lombard. Coach Lombard has been training in numerous martial arts systems since the 1980′s, he has been coaching and teaching MMA and Muay Thai for over two decades.
