For the second year in a row Titan Fitness & Martial Arts was proud to host a Penn State CHAARG event in the Lionheart Fitness facility.
Over 50 CHAARG members participated in a 60 minute kickboxing & self-defense fitness workout. The training including boxing and kickboxing techniques, as well as, plyometric and core exercises. The goal was to expose these Penn State female students to an alternative fitness workout and basic knowledge in kickboxing & self-defense.
We looked forward to helping this Penn State CHAARG chapter with their fitness goals and events again in the near future.
