Titan Fitness’s Mixed Martial Arts Program combines elements of kickboxing, boxing, clinching, grappling, and ground ‘n pound. It blends techniques from combat styles such as: Muay Thai, Savate, Western Boxing, Greco Roman Wrestling, Collegiate Wrestling, Freestyle Wrestling, Shooto, Catch Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Titan Fitness Mixed Martial Arts classes are taught by Bruce Lombard, Professional MMA and Muay Thai Coach with over 20 years of martial arts experience.
The MMA program aims to enhance a student’s technical, physical, and mental ability in self-defense situations and/or combat sports competition.
