Co-Ed Boxing is a program based on the skill set of traditional western boxing. The class combines a progression of boxing skills to include basic punches, combinations, blocking, defense, and physical conditioning. Boxing has become a popular alternative to conventional workout programs. Students will learn boxing from a self-defense perspective while spicing up their present fitness training regiment. The goals of this program are suited to give individuals the opportunity to learn self defense skills and increase fitness levels. The program can also be utilized as a stepping stone for those with higher martial arts or competitive boxing aspirations.
